A copy will be emailed to you for your records. This form must be on file at Ventera prior to any warranty claims.

By submitting this form I certify that the information contained herein is accurate to the best of my knowledge, that the tower and turbine were properly installed following Ventera’s recommended installation practices as outlined in the installation manual, and that the turbine startup was conducted following the Commissioning Checklist found in the Installation Manual.
